Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of goods delivered. If 7 days has gone by from the date of delivery of goods, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.  We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.  Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email automatically, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local customs clearance. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.  By default, we will ship it with registered airmail. 

The items are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of the item delivered being wrong or physically damaged.  Items which is equivalent or better version shall be processed.  Return will be processed only if the product is not different from what was shipped to you. Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement.  Please keep the item in its original condition with manufacturer packaging, accessories, price tags, user manual, warranty card and other accompaniments, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Unboxing of the parcel video required in case of any damage or missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause, edit or cut and should be reported within 2 hours of receiving the parcel.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than one week after delivery, subject to approval and by written consent only is accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Products

The product title contains different variants or SKU's of the same thing in order to describe the product in various ways.  Only the selected variant or SKU is processed and shipped.  Due to long distance transportation, the Product will be a little folded, but does not affect the Use.  Slight color difference may vary due to the light and monitors/screen.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchange, No return, No refund on dislike basis, No wrong orders being placed. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

My Web Store Shopping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Customs valuation is a customs procedure applied to determine the customs value of imported goods. If the rate of duty is ad valorem, the customs value is essential to determine the duty to be paid on an imported good.

According to the relevant regulations of the Indian Consumption Tax and the Central Customs Council (CBEC), from now on, courier recipients must provide KYC documents (KYC=Know Your Customer, that is, government-recognized identity proof, address proof, etc.) when receiving, The person cannot provide this document and the goods will not be delivered. For this reason, goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to the delivery site until the recipient prepares the document before arranging delivery.
