Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Web Store Shopping. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Your order should arrive within 30-60 Days. We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.  Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email automatically, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local customs clearance. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.  By default, we will ship it with registered airmail.  As we deliver products across the Globe and do not accept cash on delivery(COD). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

As we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a automatic Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. Estimated delivery time does the include the order processing time. Orders valued less than $20 will not be available for tracking. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

My Web Store Shopping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

According to the relevant regulations of the Indian Consumption Tax and the Central Customs Council (CBEC), from now on, courier recipients must provide KYC documents (KYC=Know Your Customer, that is, government-recognized identity proof, address proof, etc.) when receiving, The person cannot provide this document and the goods will not be delivered. For this reason, goods that cannot be delivered will be returned to the delivery site until the recipient prepares the document before arranging delivery.


My Web Store Shopping is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please pay more attention to the tracking information. If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.
